I have to retract my post yesterday. We saw the specialist today. He says that it is the worst injury of this type he has ever seen in a three year old. After five days, he says the swelling should be much less than it is right now. There is a hard bump on the side of his nose that he is not sure if it is leftover swelling or a piece of bone. He wants to see us on Tuesday to check it out. He has already put Benji on his surgery schedule for Wednesday. If it is bone…we go to surgery. If it is not…we are clear. Now, we are back to waiting. I stink at waiting. My poor little Benji…
