The good, the bad, and the finished

First off, I wanted to let you all know how my appointment went today. It was awesome! My therapist is really nice. I’m fairly certain that she is younger than me, but she really seems to know what she’s doing. We are going to continue talking…every two weeks to start. I can safely say that I am very happy to have taken this step. Thank you to all of you for your love and support.

Now…the bad….I came home to the news that Benji had *erased* everyone’s Super Mario Galaxy games. Not a joke. I’m trying to be adult about it…. ptpthpthtphththththththt. That feels a little better. ugh.

And then there was “the finished”… Two years ago I went to CKU. It’s a weekend full of scrapbook classes and fun with some great ladies. The version of CKU that I went to focused on bringing home completed albums. LOL!! I came home with one full sized album *complete* with journaling and pictures. I also came home with several mini-albums that were in different states of completion, but none had pictures. When I did my studio clean up a few weeks ago, I discovered these minis. One I decided to deconstruct. I will use the bones of it to work up something fun. One I decided to put to the side…I want to copy it and make a few more for some special people in my life. *wink* Of the two that were left, one just needed pictures and journaling, the other needed some more design work and also pics and journaling. Between yesterday and today…I finished these two mini-albums. I made one an overview of 2006 and the other for 2007. I had so much fun looking through pictures from the last two years. I realized just how many pictures I have not yet scrapped. oy! So…here are my albums!

The covers…

The 2006 book is a little tag book. Each pair of pages focuses on a “day” to remember.

Just an average ordinary day…

Celebrate my day…

Our day…

The big day…

Today is the day…

The perfect day…

The 2007 book was more of a general “My life” kind of book. I think it worked really well as a year in review.

If you made it this far…gold star!!! I’m off to have a little ice cream and do some blog surfing…
